The space

The authenticity of the location merits the large open terrace. The living area is modest and bedrooms are comfortable (note 1 of 4 beds is a queen pull out sofa-bed).

This is a great space to have a barbecue or a social gathering.

5 minutes ride to the ferry which departs to the Virgin islands of Puerto Rico.
Interaction with guests

If I am not visting my 2 year old granddaughter or sailing. I am very accessible!
The neighborhood

It is authentic to the Puerto Rican culture. Same neighbors for many years!
Getting around

A car is highly recommended.
