The space

This private KING SIZE BEDROOM is beautiful and cozy with the biggest amazing spacious area, a/c, and comfortable desk to work. Fresh towels and sheets. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Free wifi. Located on the 2cnd floor with PRIVATE terrace to the back patio and direct exit to the outside. This is the only room with PRIVATE bathroom and equiped with a small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker of its own. It also has Windows to the front, street and side which makes it the best spot on the house for a romantic and peaceful stay!!!

Interaction with guests

I LOVE to interact with guests. Meeting new people makes my day and hosting them one of my top pleasures. I try as much as I can to be there to greet and properly receive them but since I’m also a frecuent pasionate traveler! I’m not able to be there at all times as I’d love to but im always working hard to make everyone feel at home and communicate as fast as I can at any request or need.

Vintage Upscale and Family oriented, peaceful, safe. Close to everything.
Getting around

Walking distance from the condado/Ashford beaches like Atlantic Beach, la playita, escambron; and the park and laguna were you could do kayak and paddleboarding for cheap prizes and see manatis. Public transportation to the old sanjuan and to the metro station across the street on Fernandez juncos Ave. (Or Ponce de Leon Ave which is more frecuented by busses and takes 7 minutes). 10 minutes by taxi from or to the airport. Steps from restaurants such as los pinos, la hacienda, la jaquita baya. Also walking distance to La placita hanging spot, Walmart, Walgreens, Pueblo supermarket and 24 hour convenience store, the beach , casinos, hospital, movie theater and the night life.
Do not miss spots: Metro station to Rio Piedras/young student life and Kool real Puerto Rican bars such as el boricua and el local
Also eating cheap and puertorrican on the fire food at piñones!!!
Other things to note

CHEKING IN: There is someone to greet you, show you around the house and take you to your room. Either me personally or someone of trust. Self check is an option when we are out on travel, late chekin or if you desire this option but we are there for you to lead you along the way.
