The location of this hotel is fantastic for exploring Viejo San Juan. Upon arrival, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our entire time there we experienced excellent service. We asked to move rooms because we were close to the elevator and they accommodated with ease. The rooftop pool and hot tub are great for a few hours of down time in the early afternoon. They also have a restaurant with live music on the weekends. It can be a little loud but overall we had a great stay and would come back again!

This hotel is located in the heart of old San Juan, if you’re looking to stay close to everything, this is definitely a good place to stay. I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, from the beginning of our stay, the kind stuff members let us check in early which was really nice. I tried their Sunday brunch menu, the food was excellent, coffee tasted great, every single member that worked in the hotel was extremely kind. I truly enjoyed the infinity pool and the jacuzzi, so fun with an spectacular view. The architecture of the hotel is charming and you’ll truly enjoy your stay. Now some things I noticed from my stay, the bathroom floor in my room really need to be deep cleaned, there was eyeliner marks on the floor, the glass door from the bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet had yellow marks and there was a couple hairs that had not been picked up-they really need to replace the bed comforters, as the one in our room had stains and it was just gross. I tried to make the best of my stay and just let it go and not say anything and ruin the trip. I’ve travelled a lot and stayed at a lot of different hotels, this was definitely something that should’ve been addressed prior to any check ins. Nonetheless, I’ll be happy to give them a second chance and stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in about a year. I absolutely love everything about this hotel. The biggest thing I really loved was the adult only component of it, it was very relaxing for me and my partner and we didn’t have to deal with screaming kids running around by the pool or in the halls. the food at the restaurant in the hotel is fantastic and can be ordered to your room. The pink Mojito is a must try and so is the octopus. This stay was somehow better than the last. Whether you come to San Juan for just a few days, or for the length of your trip, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s gorgeous. The upkeep and the cleanliness really made me happy because hotels can sometimes lack in this area. Overall, it’s just a gorgeous, an incredible experience, and the people who work there are all incredibly kind and I just cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Exceptional service. The kitchen, bar, housekeeping and front desk staff were so accommodating and kind - best service I’ve experienced at a hotel in quite sometime. Hotel and rooms were beautiful and very clean. The rooftop pool and deck were a beautiful place to unwind and had great views all around. Quick walk in any direction for great shopping, dining and markets. I highly recommend and would stay again!

Booked this place after deciding to stay in Old San for quick 3day getaway. I love it! Rooftop pool/hot tub. Open layout with rooms around courtyard. Rooms are clean, modern, within historic mini palace. It is a very walkable safe area with stores, restaurants, bars, & residences alike. 10 minute walk to the San Cristobal Fort, less than one minute to church. Arrived at 1pm. Checkin is 3pm. Room was ready before 2pm. All the encounters with staff was great!
